I just wanted to extend my thanks to all from myself and my family for everything you did to help us celebrate my dad and his life. You were all so easy to deal with and we really appreciate the effort you all went to.

Sheena and I would like to offer our congratulations to you and your team for achieving the Gold Award at the Mayor of Shrewsbury's Award for Business.

This is a great honour and accomplishment, which we are sure is well deserved, due to your inherent standard of care, thoughtfulness and kindness.

Our congratulations also go to your lovely daughter, Leanne, for being presented with her Diploma in Funeral Directing at Windsor. You and Ann have every right to be very proud of her!

Difficult role for you on Saturday, being a good friend and professional. Every last detail was carried out with the upmost dignity and professionalism as always. Annie the coffin spray was beautiful, bringing in John's life with the pheasant feathers and corn. Again thank you both so so much with all my love. Philippa.

Dear Aubrey, Dad's funeral was never going to be an easy day. But we wanted to let you know that you and your team made it so much easier for us. From the heart wrenching moment that we saw you walking in front of the hearse at Pinewood, to the final drop off at the Lion hotel. You have so much style, taste and dignity. We even managed to share a laugh or two! You're an amazing guy and we feel very certain that no one else could've carried out such a perfect ceremony. Thanks to your family and staff. Flowers were stunning. Order of service was perfect. The cars were pristine. The behind the scenes stuff was seamless. EXACTLY as Dad would've wanted it. It would be lovely to buy you a pint or three with Pat one day!

Dear Aubrey, I wanted to say a proper thank you to you and your team for all your help with the organisation and conduct of my mothers funeral last week. Arranging a funeral is not an easy task at any time but particularly difficult in a time of Covid. I am so pleased that I feel it was an appropriate and fitting tribute to a unique individual. Your care, warmth and kindness throughout the last few weeks are much appreciated as is your professionalism and attention to detail. I am so glad that despite restrictions we were able to have the support of so many people who played an important part in her life. We were of course helped by the lovely weather, always a bonus. I'm so glad we didn't delay another week. The temperature this week would've been too much, even for a sun lover like me. With my grateful thanks and look forward to seeing you again soon (though not at a funeral)

To Leanne and family. Can't thank you enough for all of your help and guidance through this difficult time. Your kindness, compassion and professionalism has been very much appreciated. Thank you.

Dear Aubrey, thank you on behalf of us all, in particular my father, for the most professional manner in which you dealt with (Matilda) Olwen's cremation (21.04.21). Thank you also for your kindness and understanding at such a sad time. Best wishes.

Dear Aubrey, many thanks for your help and support with dads funeral. I just know once you are contacted everything will be fine. You and your team are like the 'comfort blanket' you wrap around yourself when you're having a bad day. You all make everything seem much better. You advise, accommodate and have a sensitivity which is greatly appreciated. Today was, I believe, everything Dad would've wished his funeral to be. Thank you.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all most sincerely for the wonderful service you provided, and for the highly professional, friendly and respectful manner in which it was carried out. Your attention to detail is exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble. We cannot praise you highly enough and would always recommend you to friends and family in the future. Selina made a superb job of the order of service sheets and everything went like clockwork - your choice of celebrant could not have been better and the venue you recommended for the wake was first rate. All your staff were wonderful and despite it being such a sad occasion the funeral itself was as perfect as it could possibly have been. I know Mum would be pleased.
